If the towel arrived faulty or is not what we described, we cover return postage. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours.
Wash warm with like colours, no fabric softener — it coats the loops and is the single most common reason a good towel stops absorbing.
Tumble dry low, or line dry. The first wash sets the pile; the towel gets softer for roughly ten cycles and then holds.
